We offer our warmest welcome and invite you to visit any of our 15 Patient Service Centers, conveniently located throughout the Island. There you can get all your laboratory tests done, as ordered by your physician.

Our patient service centers offer you and your loved ones a level of personalized service that is unmatched in Puerto Rico.

Good health starts with knowing that Quest offers more than 3,500 tests and screenings. We test for the common and complex, and we have tests you cannot get anywhere else.

You can receive your test results by email, or you can request that your results be sent directly to your physician. Please make your request at the time of initial service.

For patients with special needs or bedridden, who have difficulty getting to our facilities, we also offer Home Service. For appointments, please call us at 1.787.300.2990.

We welcome most health insurance plans, including government programs like Medicare and Plan Vital.
